1.Press And Hold The Volume Up & Power Buttons Until The Android Recovery Menu 
. 
2.Then Select  wipe data/factory reset With Volume Down Button. 

3. Then Select  Yes -- Delete All User Data With Volume Volume Down Button. 

4.The Phone Will Now reboot With Power Key
