First method:
1.Press Power button, until your phone is off.
2.Press and hold together Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button.
3. Now from the menu select option "Recovery mode" using Volume Up button.
4.From the next menu choose "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume Down to browse, and Menu key to confirm.
5.Next select "Yes -- delete all user data".
6.After that aceept this "reboot system now".
7.Hardreset don,
Second method:
1.Press Power button, until your phone is off.
2.From the Home screen select Menu.
3.Now choose Settings -> Back up and reset -> Reset device -> Delete all.
4.Confirm all informations, and wait until your phone will reset and reboots.
