Do you have a fake Galaxy phone or Genuine?
1. Download and install Samsung Kies on your PC.
2. Using a USB connector cable, connect your any Samsung phone to your computer.
3. Samsung Kies to display your device’s name and the firmware information of your Samsung phone. This is a sign that the phone is genuine.
Note: If the device is not recognized, connect it again and again. If Kies still does not recognize your device, chances are the samsung phone is not a real Galaxy phone.
